Grace Centers of Hope is a non-profit, Christian organization committed to positively changing the lives of the unwanted, addicted, and homeless through the Gospel of Jesus Christ, personal accountability, life skills education, and work-related programs.

OC Cares represents all of the internal & external missional efforts of Oakland Church and its partners including but not limited to CarePortal, Bread of Life, Missions.Me, Angel House, Power Company Kids Club, and Messenger International.
